Early 2016 the Owners of West Coast Chef School, Chef Heinrich & Fransa Mouton, made the decision that would drastically change their lives, again.
Lets open a restaurant!!! This decision was based on the need for a restaurant kitchen were students from West Coast Chef School can learn and grow as chefs.
With the help from our Senior Students, Jahn, Kiara, Zadium and Lelani and some of the juniors we opened our doors on 14 December 2016.
We offer our customer something different. Our menu is small but interesting.
Our menu has a fusion feel between South African, Mediteranean and a touch of Asian cuisine.
Our Customers can enjoy breathtaking views while enjoying freshly prepared meals, a cold Darling Brew Draught or a delicious cocktail.
We have an excellent wine list hand picked by the chefs. These include wines from Lourensford Estate, Journey End, Diemersfontein, just to name a few.
